Parent Portal-Student Data Confirmation System & Report Card
Q- What is a Student Data Confirmation System (also known as the Parent Portal)?
A- The Student Data Confirmation System is our former "First Day Packet" that parents and guardians traditionally filled out at the beginning of each school year, but now it's an online process.
Q- Why are we filling out this information at this time?
A- Since the beginning of the pandemic, our Technology Team has strategized on how to move all things online. Our Tech Team has succeeded with this enormous undertaking! Big thank you goes out to Dr. Rasori and the Tech Team for their hard work.
Q-Will this student information grant me access to my child's school records?
A-Yes, once your student's information is updated (remember this is the emergency card, parent contact information, etc.) You will then be able to access your student's Report Card. Report Cards will be made available through our Parent Portal. Please ensure that you have updated your Student Data Confirmation system to have access to your student's report card.
Q- Where do I complete the Student Data Confirmation System?
A- Please follow the "COMPLETING THE ANNUAL DATA CONFIRMATION PROCESS FOR CURRENT SCHOOL YEAR" directions below to update your information.
Q- Are there any printed documents that I have to turn in, and where do I turn them in?
A- Yes, two documents will need to be turned into the office:
- Student Emergency Card
- Annual Acknowledgement
COMPLETING THE ANNUAL DATA CONFIRMATION PROCESS FOR CURRENT SCHOOL YEAR
Aeries Parent Portal to electronically verify your child's emergency contact information, authorizations and acknowledge the Annual Acknowledgement of your Rights & Responsibilities electronically.
Please follow the steps below:
Step I: Log into your Aeries Parent Portal account and confirm the data confirmation process. To have access to your student's report card, please have this process completed ASAP.
- To log in, please go to https://pinerolivet.aeries.net/ and click on parent/student portal. Use your email that is matched to your student contact information. If you forgot your password, please click on forgot password, and Aeries will send you information on how to create a new one and log in.
Step II: When you are done with the data confirmation process (should take about 15-30 minutes), print and bring the mandatory forms to the school site (Student Emergency Card and Annual Acknowledgement)
