Background

I am thrilled to be joining the Jack London community this year! I have been an early childhood educator for many years- teaching in both forest preschool and more traditional play-based preschool settings. I look forward to learning and growing alongside my team of kids this year. I love seeing how young children take in the world around them, and explore their curiosities. I am constantly awed by their honesty, openness, and innovative thinking. Through hands-on, collaborative learning I hope to prepare young minds for future social-emotional and academic success! When I am not working at Jack London, I can be found shearing sheep, foraging at the tidepools, swimming in the river, and looking for nature treasures to display in the classroom.
