Background

My warmest hello. I was born and raised in Santa Rosa. While I have lived in a handful of other places, Sonoma County will always be home to me! I am approaching my second year teaching at Jack London Elementary School. As an educator, it is my job to inspire, spark curiosity, and learn right alongside my students. I strive to encourage diverse ways of thinking, adapt curriculum to students' needs, and truly see and honor my students as individuals with unique backgrounds. Making lessons meaningful, engaging, and connective is a key pillar in my teaching philosophy.

What makes a class special is the community who fills it!

In my time spent outside of the classroom, I enjoy spending time with my family, attending live events, and relaxing on our beautiful coast.
